Overnight Oats

¼ cup 100% Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats - 150 Cal

14 g All Bran Buds Cereal - 35 Cal

½ tsp  Vanilla Extract - 6 Cal

1/3 tbs  Pure Nova Scotia Honey - 20 Cal

75 g Greek Yogurt - 77 Cal

½ Cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk  - 15 Cal

Total Calories = 303 Cal 

Place all ingredients into mason jar and tighten lid.  Shake the container to mix all contents and leave in the fridge overnight.  

In the morning you can top the oat mix with berries, or other toppings you enjoy or have on its own.
