Granola 24 grams = 102cal

Handful of mix nuts and berries = depends on type

This delicious dish serves best as a snack but is also a great way to get your morning going if you need a quick and easy breakfast idea. Simply dice any choice of fruit (banana and apple are my personal favourite but any fruit will do) combine a yogurt cup and toss a handful of mixed seeds and nuts on top for extra flavour. This treat has everything you need to create healthy habits! Fruit, protein and a combination of healthy fats. Add granola for extra protein, fiber and flavour!
