About Allie

I come from a strong belief that EVERY BODY is capable of something! I don’t  care how many times you’ve tried and failed, I don’t care how out of reach the goal may seem at this given moment, I want you to know that you are worthy and capable and that your journey to better physical and mental health can start right now. I want you to stop being a spectator in your life and unleash the potential you have to look and feel your very best!

I’ve been a coach for over a decade. My journey began over 12 years ago when I first walked through the doors of the gym. I had no crazy weight loss goal or dreams of being a future athlete, I was there with the idea of wanting to improve my health. I remember signing up for a gym membership for a year and thinking to myself “am I really going to be able to commit to this?”  

The minute I walked into the gym, I was hooked! I loved the culture. The associates got me involved in classes where I loved the music and started to make friends. This new group of friends became a heavy influence in my life and they inspired me to make healthy changes. I quit smoking and started eating healthier, wanting more out of my body and for my body. It wasn’t long after, that my hard work and dedication started reflecting in the mirror and I became motivated by these changes. 

I can still remember very yclearly, that day on the treadmill watching one of the personal trainers working with one of her clients and thinking to myself, “what a cool job, I want to do that”! I set my focus and attention on taking my Personal Training Certification and would end up working for the same company that gave me my start. I’ve learned so much since then, attending different workshops and studying countless hours on nutrition, online coaching and yoga. 

Health and fitness have changed my life completely. It inspires me and motivates me to get out of bed in the morning.  I’ve come to look at and value my wellness as a whole. I know that my wellness doesn’t just include what I’m eating and that I’m moving my body in a way that feels good to me, but also, what I’m thinking and saying and how I’m feeling about myself. Over the past 12 years, I have been fortunate enough to help others reach their own fitness goals as a Personal Trainer. I have been part of some amazing transformations and I know that the work we do holds significant value.

I have also taught yoga for a number of years and this has had a profound influence on my life and in my teachings. My hobbies include marathon running, bodybuilding and pole fitness. I can tell you, I never dreamt when I signed up for that gym membership all those years ago that my passion for fitness would grow into what it has today. I always feel lucky that I live in a world where I am allowed to express myself through sport, competition and creative movement. 

Welcome to Motion Allie Fitness. I created this group to give people just like you a free resource to solid, reliable wellness information. My goal is to motivate you to step into your highest self. I want you to take inspired action towards achieving your goals. Here, I’ll be sharing some tools and resources that I have gathered along the way in my own professional career so that you can step into a more abundant and fulfilled version of yourself. My hope is that you will feel empowered and find your flow!
