INSTRUCTIONS

My morning smoothie is a non-negotiable in my life. Weather you’re on the go or “not a breakfast person”, there’s no reason to skip this delicious alternative. Packed with loads of nutrients, real fruit and spinach, this smoothie has everything you need to set you up for a successful day.  The spinach adds extra iron to my diet and is unrecognizable once blended into the smoothie. Some people like to add protein powder as well however I tend to skip this step. Play around with different fruit combinations to find out which ones you like best! I have kiwi thrown in with my frozen fruit pictured above but banana and watermelon are also very tasty. Makes approximately 3 large servings. Fresh is always best however, I like to freeze my extra smoothies so that I can grab them on the go. Let de thaw approximately 2 hours before consuming and remember to shake well. My morning smoothies are delicious and keep me satisfied until lunch. Rich with vitamins and nutrients and no sugar added!
